Always remember most of the stress we experience in our life comes from the way we respond to things, not the way our life actually is.


Try to adjust your attitude to handle the stress.


Things are generally speaking not good or bad, they just are. Look at a situation without judgement.


When we change the way we perceive things the thing perceived changes.


Or as Jay Z said I've got 99 problems and 86 of them are completely made up scenarios in my head I am stressing about for no apparent and logical reason.


Oh hold on. Jay Z didn't say that. Would be fun if we would have said it though, right?!
