𝟭. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆.
A smile what? A smile diary. Write down every nice comment you receive during the day from your friends, family, work colleagues or strangers.
It is scientifically proven that we remember criticism or harsh words much easier than fluffy words of praise.
That way you can focus on what you have instead of what you have not.
𝟮. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲-𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
My fellowship is with Rachel Beck and Michael Ray as we share similar values and standards. We come together on Zoom from time to time to bounce off ideas, empower each other and share funny stories.
