Complaint Handling Process

1. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.
2. The complaint will be investigated internally.
3. We will provide a written response without undue delay.

Where necessary, we may request additional information.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
