As an official sponsor or commercial partner of one of our partner clubs, your organisation has exclusive access to the Talent Partnership, delivered by Elvis Eckardt Recruitment.
You can register your vacancies with us completely free of charge.
We take the time to understand your business, qualify every vacancy and manage the entire recruitment process on your behalf, from market insight and candidate sourcing through to interviews, offer management and successful placement.
There are no vacancy registration fees, no advertising costs and no upfront recruitment charges.
You only pay when we successfully place a candidate.
Our standard recruitment fee is 15% of the successful candidate's first-year basic salary. Five percentage points are reinvested directly into the relevant partner club, helping to support its long-term development and community initiatives.
Every successful placement not only helps your business grow but also gives something meaningful back to the club and community you already support.
